How We Price Our Domes

• Standard Domes and Zomes: Our base prices are designed to give you a simple starting point for your project. You can easily add features or customize based on your needs, such as insulation options, solar panels, or unique finishing materials.
• Customizations & Add-ons: Additional costs may apply for specific customizations, including advanced insulation options, custom windows, doors, or specialized coverings. We provide a detailed breakdown of costs before you make any decisions.
• Off-Grid Features: Our off-grid solutions, such as rainwater harvesting systems, solar panels, and biogas generators, are available as optional upgrades. The cost will depend on the complexity and capacity of the system you choose.

How Payment Works
We want your experience with Hive Domes to be as seamless as possible, and our payment structure is designed to offer flexibility and security.

1. Initial Deposit: To get started on your project, a deposit is required, typically 30-40% of the total project cost. This ensures that we can begin work on your dome and secure your spot in our production schedule.
2. Progress Payments: As we move forward with construction, we’ll schedule progress payments based on the agreed-upon milestones. These payments allow us to cover ongoing construction costs while keeping you updated on the project’s progress.
3. Final Payment: Once your dome or zome is complete and ready for delivery or installation, the remaining balance will be due before the final handover. At this point, any remaining customizations or final adjustments will also be made.

Refund Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction, but in the event of changes to your project or cancellation, we follow a clear refund policy. Cancellations made prior to the start of construction will be refunded in full, minus the deposit. Once construction has begun, refunds will be handled based on the progress of the build.
